The event organiser, Team Horizon, regrets they cannot accept liability for players or spectators injuries, or loss or damage to property. Participants take part at their own risk. Team Horizon strongly recommends that all Clubs participating in the Tournament should take out appropriate insurance cover for their Players.

All Teams should ensure that their team is adequately insured for the duration of their trip. Team leaders are requested to make their teams aware of any possible dangers that may be associated with the sport that they are playing. Team leaders have the obligation to ensure the well-being and orderly conduct of their players and companions at all times. 

All teams must be ready at the appointed time of each match; otherwise they may be liable to forfeit the match.

We are aware that teams occasionally have to withdraw. However, please understand that costs are incurred by the organiser from the time of your entry being processed. For instance, facilities, services and goods have to be booked and paid for in advance. Therefore fees are non-refundable if a participating team cancels their place for reasons outside of Team Horizons control.
